Archived article from Oct 27, 2000
Now that the Rutgers University Libraries Web site has grown to more than 2,200 pages, the Libraries Website Advisory Committee has installed a custom-configured search engine to help users find the resources they need more quickly and accurately. The search engine Web page is easily accessible by clicking on the big blue search button on the front page of the libraries’ Web site at www.libraries.rutgers.edu. Two levels of searching are provided: basic and advanced. Help, explanations and tips are available so users can create better queries.
