Facts on working women For anyone doing research on working women in America, the Web site of the Center for Women and Work at Rutgers should be the first stop. This year marks the debut of the online Rutgers Databank on Working Women, a resource for students, scholars, the media and others. The databank, at www.rci.rutgers.edu/~cww/, covers such topics as the gender gap in wages, New Jersey women in industry and working hours. It includes the most recent publicly available data on gender and work from government and other sources.
