Timely information about Rutgers is now available through an e-mail news digest offered by the Office of Media Relations and Communications.
Launched at the start of this academic year, the Rutgers News Digest provides subscribers with weekly summaries of university issues and programs. The digest links to press announcements from the Camden, Newark and New Brunswick campuses.
"We believe that members of the Rutgers community should have easy access to up-to-date news about the university," said Pamela Blake, director of the Office of Media Relations and Communications. "The news digest complements our Rutgers Daily News Web site and print-based press releases. Subscribers can now have this information delivered directly to their computers."
To register for this free service, log on to ur.rutgers.edu/newsdigest. A confirming e-mail, with additional instructions, will be sent once visitors fill out an online form. This is a security feature to prevent an e-mail account from being misused. Once subscribers respond to the e-mail, they will begin to receive weekly summaries of Rutgers news. Subscribers may cancel at any time.
For more information, send e-mail to newsdigest@ur.rutgers.edu.
