Randal Pinkett

Randal Pinkett, Rutgers’ class of 1994 and a Rhodes Scholar, is one of 18 young entrepreneurs who set out on a grueling 13-week job interview with Donald Trump on the Sept. 22 season premiere of NBC’s “The Apprentice.” Pinkett, 34, is president and CEO of BCT Partners, a multimillion dollar management, technology and policy consulting firm that works with public, private, philanthropic and nonprofit organizations. Pinkett earned a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Rutgers. Pinkett also holds a doctorate and master’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master’s from Oxford University in England. He was inducted Sept. 24 into the Rutgers African-American Alumni Alliance Hall of Fame at its second annual ceremony and fund-raiser to honor achievements of distinguished black alumni. Pinkett and his wife, Zahara Wadud-Pinkett, live in Somerset.
