To-Thi Bosacchi, Active Staff, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, died on July 04, 2006. Director Bosacchi was a member of the Asian-American Cultural Center.

Founding Director of the Asian American Cultural Center in New Brunswick/Piscataway. Under her leadership, the center expanded its agenda of student programming, artistic exhibits, and community outreach activities. Her campaign to find a suitable home for the center reached its successful culmination in the Fall of 2005 when the center moved into a gracious, renovated facility on the Livingston Campus.
While directing the cultural center, To-Thi also taught an interdisciplinary course through the Asian Studies Department which focused on Asian American oral history, including the personal journeys of people who immigrated to the United States from her homeland Viet Nam and elsewhere. Prior to joining Rutgers, To-Thi worked for many years for the State of New Jersey in the Department of Education. To-Thi received her bachelors and doctoral degrees from the Ohio State University.
